This particular project presented us with a unique set of challenges due to the complex landscape of the site. With a series of cantilevers and bridges necessary to support the scaffolding over the elevation facing the water, meticulous planning and precise execution were paramount.
Our team rose to the occasion, meticulously designing and building the scaffolding in phases to perfectly align with the progress of the timber kit construction. Despite the complexities involved, our dedicated approach ensured that the scaffolding was completed in the Summer of 2022, meeting and exceeding all safety and regulatory standards.

A/S/S have been a great supply chain partner for Carmichael Homes at our Lanark Road development. The access around this site is extremely limited due to the proximity to the Water of Leith which A/S/S have proficiently designed and installed a full perimeter scaffold to ensure the safety of our staff, partners and member of the public along with protecting the Water of Leith waterway.
