When it was time for Dean to hang up his hard hat in 2022, his son Gregor stepped in. Gregor grew up in the business, learning from his dad not just how to build a high-quality scaffold, but how to care about the work and the people they served. Under Gregor’s leadership the company has grown and continues to thrive.
